Qining (pronounced Chee-ning) is a Behaviour Support Practitioner who supports individuals to achieve meaningful and positive behaviour change through person-centred, evidence-based practice.
She works collaboratively with participants, families, and support teams to develop practical and proactive strategies that are tailored to each person’s unique needs, strengths, and goals. Qining places strong value on building trusting, respectful relationships and takes the time to understand what matters most to the individuals she supports.
Her approach is grounded in contemporary behaviour support principles, with a focus on compassion, dignity, and practical strategies that can be meaningfully applied in everyday environments. She is committed to supporting people in a way that promotes independence, wellbeing, and a genuine sense of progress and quality of life.
