As a mum of three neurodivergent children, Rebecca doesn't just manage the practice from an administrative standpoint - she lives the daily reality of carer burnout. She intimately understands the exhaustion of running on empty, the overwhelm of navigating complex support systems, and how heavy the therapy journey can feel when you’re trying to hold everything together for your family.
With a Diploma in Practice Management and a background in medical transcription and virtual healthcare assistance, Rebecca provides highly organized support behind the scenes. She sees her role as a buffer for families, taking the administrative friction, paperwork stress, and scheduling headaches off their shoulders so they can breathe a little easier.
Rebecca is passionate about creating a welcoming, zero-judgment, and stress-free experience for everyone who virtually “walks through the doors” or reaches out to Waves - ensuring families and practitioners alike feel deeply supported, understood, and cared for.
