Core PBS Practitioner

Qining is a vibrant, compassionate Behaviour Support Practitioner who brings fresh energy, genuine warmth, and a drive for meaningful change to the Waves team. Working in the allied health sector since September 2023 - first in medical reception before transitioning into the PBS space - Qining understands both the behind-the-scenes administrative journey and the deep, hands-on work required to support participants effectively.

Grounded in contemporary psychology studies and person-centred values, Qining takes the time to build authentic, trusting relationships. She loves diving into in-depth work alongside participants, families, and support teams to create practical, everyday strategies that promote dignity, choice, and real quality of life.
